Dirty Thirty

April 20, 2012

I was having lunch with a couple good friends the other day and Virginia Slim asked what I had planned for my big 30th birthday. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Slow down there, I’ve got LOTS of time before I turn 30. I mentioned how I am not looking forward to the new decade and both older, wiser, women let me know 30s is where it’s at. I’m sure that’s true and at least if it’s not I’ll lie to myself and say it is because what else can I do? Virginia Slim suggested I put together a 30 things to do before I’m 30 list to alleviate some of that “I haven’t accomplished enough yet” feeling. Great idea. Also, an awesome blog post and subsequent posts when I accomplish them.
